Uttaranchal – Perfect Tourist Place in India

The state of Uttaranchal is located in the Northern India. The state is surrounded by Himachal Pradesh in the north west fronteir, Uttar pradesh along the southern side and share international borders with Nepal as well as China. The state Uttaranchal was established  on November 9, 2000 as the 27th state of the Republic of India and was later renamed as Uttarakhand in January 2007. The land covers 55,845 sq km of which nearly 88% of the land covers mountain and only the remaining 12% is ground.

Wild Life Sanctuaries In India

India has a rich wildlife since they have 60-70 percent of the world’s biodiversity. For this reason, they have wildlife management programs to preserve its diversity.
